1. Defective or damaged products
Our products are guaranteed for two (2) years from the original date of delivery against defects in material or workmanship.
If your item is damaged or defective, you must notify us by email of defects in writing within a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date on which he detected such lack of conformity but in no event later than two (2) years after the receipt of the item.

2. Changing your mind
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you're welcome to return it.
You have 14 calendar days from when the item was ordered to make a return in it's original condition.
Just contact us by email, and we will work with you on a solution which may involve a replacement order, or a refund back to your original payment method.
Please do not ship before contacting us. If you ship before contacting us, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered packaging together with original tags.
If you are shipping items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be liable if items are lost in the mail.
Lost items in mail will not be exchanged or refunded.
