The following Privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") sets out clear guidelines for how Kiombo (hereinafter referred to as "Kiombo", "we", "our", "ours" and "us") collects, uses, discloses, stores, protects and otherwise processes any personally identifiable information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") that you (hereinafter referred to as "you" and "your") give us through the website (hereinafter referred to as "Website"). And because we take your right to privacy very seriously, we shall treat your Personal Information lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner.

This Policy complies with the terms of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"), and shall form an integral part of the General terms of sale of the Website.
