Shipping policy

01. We accept online orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

02. Packages are generally dispatched within 5 business days after receipt of full payment.

03. We ship internationally from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

04. Any order placed after 12 P.M. will be processed the following business day.

05. All orders are shipped from our location in Portugal via registered mail through the Portuguese postal service.

06. No express shipping or next day delivery is available.

07. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer, if applicable.

08. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

09. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, and do not include processing time.

10. Delivery time frames may vary due to weather, service delays, holidays etc.

11. Registered mail is automatically insured by the postal services up to EUR 36 against loss or damage.

12. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with his tracking information.

13. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

14. If the package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as the customs costs that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

15. Above stated charges will be subtracted from the merchandise refund.

Order status labels

Pending: Your order request has been received by us, and we are reviewing it.

Confirmed: Your order request has been confirmed. Payment instructions are indicated in your account. We are currently waiting for your full payment.

Processing: Your payment has been fully received and your order is currently being prepared for shipment.

Shipped: Your order has been scheduled for delivery or is on the way to you.

Completed: You order has been delivered to the receiver.

Denied: Your order has been denied.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

Returned: We have received your parcel back and are in the midst of preparing your refund.

Failed: Your payment has been declined.

Refunded: Refund has been credited via your original payment method.
